This is a unique pet accessory similar to cleric buffs. Every time your upgrade your Visitor Rune Level, the higher int buff you will get when equipped.
It is important to upgrade your Visitor Rune Accessory, since it has a level requirement restriction.

Requirements: Level must be less than or equivalent to 75 only, or else you cannot use it anymore, unless your upgrade it.

Talk to [Visitor Guide] Fairy of Arua in Adventurer’s Plain. Make sure your Visitor Rune Accessory is unequipped.
