Before talking to Fairy of Arua [Visitor's Guide] make sure to equip your Fairy Rune level 2.
Fairy of Arua will ask you to meet Bellia in Junon City. Bellia [Gypsy Jewel Seller]-(Map:5725,5199) is closed to Crune [Weapon Merchant] and Mildum [Ferrell Guild Merchant]
Bellia, will ask you to collect 4 missing pages of his secret alchemy book as well as his Mother's Wedding Ring.
Go to the red pin shown in the map of Gorge of Silence for the location of Doonga Origins and Doonga Captain.
Note: sometimes you to have to kill monsters around the area to respawn Doonga Captain.
Once you have collected the 4 missing pages and a wedding ring, go back to Bellia and submit the quest. A new quest will be given to you.
Bellia will ask you to collect 20 Yellow Souls, 20 Orange Souls, Rara Mana Generator and Mana Crystal.
To collect yellow souls you have to kill any monster that has a yellow name and the same goes with orange souls, kill a monster with an orange name.
To collect Mana Generator, you have to kill Grandmaster Golem. Check Pin in Gorge of Silence Map. Red Pin - auto respawn (it takes time sometimes). Orange Pin - kill monster around the area to respawn Grandmaster Golem.
Mana Crystal is located at the top center of Gorge of Silence map inside the tunnel, it's hidden so look around.
After collecting all the quest materials. Go back to Bellia and submit the quest.
Go back to Adventurer's Plain and talk to Fairy of Arua for your next quest.
Talk to Fairy of Arua to get the new quest
You will be asked to collect the following; 25 Yellow Souls, 25 Orange Souls, 25 Red Souls, 3 Legendary Orihalcums and Abyss Stone.
To collect yellow souls you have to kill any monster that has a yellow name and the same goes with orange souls, kill a monster with an orange name and kill a monster with a red name to collect red souls.
To collect Legendary Orihalcums you have to kill Grandmaster Goblin. Check red pin in Goblin Cave B3 for the location of Grandmaster Goblin.
Note: you to have to kill monsters around the area to respawn Grandmaster Goblin
See the green pin on the Goblin Cave B3 Map above for the location of Abyss Stone. It's hidden in a corner, so look around.
After collecting all the quest materials. Go back to Fairy of Arua [Visitor Guide] at Adventurer's Plain. After submitting the quest, Fairy of Arua () will ask you to bring the materials to Bellia in Junon City to proceed with unbinding for your Fairy Rune level 3.
Talk to Bellia at Junon and receive Fairy Rune Level 3
Congratulations you have now your Fairy Rune Level 3!
